The group will increase its footprint in Asia- specifically Singapore, the Americas & Europe

The Taplow Group S.A., an executive search firm, has embarked on an ‘ambitious’ expansion drive, further focusing on increasing its footprint in Asia- specifically Singapore, the Americas & Europe. 

 

With offices strategically located in key global hubs, The Taplow Group S.A. aims to support its clients’ growing business needs by bringing deep industry and cross-sector expertise and talent within easier reach of its predominantly international client base. The firm will continue to leverage progressive talent methodologies and a tech-forward approach in embracing innovation and providing efficient solutions that address time-to-hire challenges that are critical in fast-paced and fiercely competitive industries.

 

When looking at growth for The Taplow Group S.A., in addition to increasing its footprint over the past couple of years, the firm has globally registered a 12 per cent growth YoY which is poised to grow next year only further with its planned expansion into other global markets as well. This growth has been achieved mainly due to the Asia & Americas markets. Some of the countries already expanded into are Canada, Bulgaria, and Singapore to name a few. Each of the service areas – Executive Search, Leadership Advisory & Performance, Executive Interim has recorded double-digit growth this year.

We have been focusing on expansion from a footprint standpoint as well as increasing our reach. While we now have approximately 45 offices across the globe, which is a 50% increase from last year, our reach in terms of servicing clients goes far beyond that. We have the capability and currently service clients across 70+ Countries from our 45 offices. Growth, expansion, and Business Development have very much been our key focus and continue to be.”
