Muniinder K Anand Named President Of Chrysalis HRD

In a recent development, Muniinder K Anand has been appointed as the President of Chrysalis HRD, effective immediately. 

Commenting on the joining, Anand told BW People, “I have seen the cutting-edge learning solutions of Chrysalis HRD, the top-class talent of the firm and the use of technology to drive innovation and productivity. I feel privileged at this opportunity to add my experience to that of the team.”

“Muninder is a seasoned business and HR professional with over 25 years of experience, having led transformative initiatives across global firms like KPMG, Schneider Electric, and the Centre for Creative Leadership. Known for his relationship-driven leadership style, he has empowered thousands of leaders and consistently driven success through innovative people strategies,” the post added. 

Prior to this, he served as the managing director for India, South Asia and Global Support Center for Center for Creative Leadership for over six years. He has also held leadership roles at KPMG India, Mercer, Schneider Electric India and Hewitt Associates.
