IIM Bangalore & ISD Global Partner To Conduct Trust Workshop

Which is the most overlooked, misunderstood, underutilised asset to enable performance and impact? Trust.

 

It is often used as a noun. More as lip service. Treated as just a 5-letter word. Going under the radar, under recognised, sub optimally leveraged.

 

How about moving the needle from trust as a noun to trust as a verb? Recognising the power, the aura and the energy that it can bring into organisations- both intra and inter. The empowerment, respect and recognition that it can accord to individuals. The first of its kind Trust lab conceptualised by ISD Global and conducted in partnership with IIM Bangalore is an endeavor to unearth the immense potential that it can unleash. A day long workshop involving thought and business leaders for an audience seeking to make significant impact and change within their own zeitgeist.

 

Building an organisation that has trust at its edifice warrants a ground up approach with a much broader perspective than conventionally encouraged or practiced.
