Experion Technologies Elevates Employee Wellbeing With Mental Health Programmes

As part of its initiatives around World Mental Health Day, the company is organising mental wellness awareness sessions for its employees

Experion Technologies, a Kerala-based global provider of product engineering and digital transformation services, continues to  prioritise employee mental health and well-being. As part of its initiatives around World Mental Health Day (observed on 10 October), Experion is organising mental wellness awareness sessions for its employees.

An offline session was conducted at the Trivandrum HQ office by Dilna Devassy, MSc Clinical Psychology, Consultant Psychologist at Credence Hospital, Trivandrum. The 1-hour session on mental health in the workplace covered key topics such as recognising signs of mental stress, debunking common myths around mental health, and strategies for managing work-related pressure. The speaker offered free consultations on the day of the event, and complimentary telehealth consultations as well.

The company is also organising an online session, which will be conducted by Steffi Cecil Cross, a Senior Wellness Coach with a PG in Counselling Psychology, Nutrition, and Health Education. This session will be accessible to all Experion employees, regardless of location.

Suresh V Panicker, COO & Head-HR at Experion Technologies, emphasised the company's commitment to employee well-being and said, "At Experion, we believe that mental well-being is as important as physical health. Our commitment to our employees extends beyond just providing a healthy work environment; it also includes ensuring they have access to the resources and support they need to maintain their mental wellness. These sessions are just one of the many ways we aim to foster a culture where every individual feels empowered to take care of their mental health. I believe that success isn’t measured by the hours you work but by the impact you create. Every organization's commitment should be to ensure that every employee can deliver their best without compromising their well-being.  At Experion, we embrace continuous feedback, flexible work models, and regular assessment of workloads. We also create spaces for personal growth, safeguarding against burnout while driving engagement and innovation.”

Beyond these special sessions, Experion maintains year-round mental health support through initiatives such as regular check-ins and mental health surveys, flexible work arrangements to promote work-life balance, and more.
