Capt (Dr) Pranav Prasoon Thakur, Chief People Officer, TruKKer defines his fraternity’s role by saying, “We make the people who make the organisation.”
He also said that the purpose of the company should be aligned with the learning that is being created within the organisation.
While talking about the future of work and learning, Dr Thakur mentioned that humans who are curious animals will keep learning and embracing every technology and new development that will come forward in our journey. He also stressed that every coming technology will be an enabler but this curiosity of us will take us a level up.
In conclusion, Dr Thakur said that organisations will be successful always if the purpose of learning aligns with the purpose of employees and the organisation.
