Zepto's CEO Caught Under Alligations Of 'Toxic Work Culture'

"I don't oppose work-life balance. In fact, I suggest it to all of our rivals :),' the 22-year-old CEO wrote in a post on the social media site X.
An anonymous Reddit poster claimed that Zepto's workplace was "toxic," with staff members putting in long 14-hour shifts. It asserted that the business put pressure on workers by having high standards.


Additionally, was stated that because Palicha finds it difficult to get up early, he begins his day at 2:00 pm, which results in meetings being arranged at 2:00 am. In order to cut expenses, Zepto employs junior employees, the message added, and it also alluded to a sizable round of layoffs in March.
