Zee Media's Head HR Pooja Duggal Steps Down

Pooja Duggal is stepping down from her position as Head of Human Resources at Zee Media, bringing her tenure with the company to a close. Duggal, who joined Zee Media in May 2023, has over 20 years of HR experience across various industries.

In her role, she managed the HR department with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and fostering organisational development. Her previous experience includes notable positions at HT Media, Jindal Steel & Power, Raychem RPG, among others.

Commenting on her move, Duggal stated, "As the CHRO, I am the custodian of all such information and cannot divulge details of any employee, including myself. 

Her final day with Zee Media is scheduled for 15 September 2024.
