In a recent development, Viral Oza, the chief marketing officer (CMO) of Mahindra Lifespace Developers has decided to step down from his position at the end of September 2024. Oza confirmed this development to BW Businessworld.
He joined the company in 2020 and served in this position for over four years. During his tenure, he played a key role in spearheading the company’s marketing campaigns in the real estate and development sector.
With a career spanning over three decades, he has held key leadership roles at global as well as Indian firms, including Lodha Group, Microsoft, TOI, Nokia and Unilever. He is a marketing veteran with expertise across FMCG, telecom, media and real estate sectors spanning several countries in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
