Unilever Names Anuradha Razdan As CHRO For Beauty & Well-Being

Unilever has appointed Anuradha Razdan as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for its Beauty and Well-being division. In addition, she will serve as the Global Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer.
Razdan, who has been with Unilever for over 25 years, was previously the Executive Director and CHRO for Hindustan Unilever and Unilever South Asia.
In a LinkedIn post, she expressed her enthusiasm for her new role, stating, “I am starting a new role as CHRO, Beauty & Wellbeing, Unilever. I feel privileged to be a part of this incredible business that is home to some of the most iconic brands across Hair, Skin, Health & Wellbeing, and Prestige categories, serving consumers all over the world.”
She added, “I am also delighted to take on the responsibility of Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Unilever. I hope to make a meaningful contribution to an agenda I am deeply passionate about as we advocate for more inclusion in business and communities.”
She is an alumnus of Ferguson College, Pune, and completed her MBA at XLRI, Jamshedpur.
