Umwelt.AI Appoints Sunil Joshi As COO & Co-Founder

Umwelt.AI, a provider of AI-powered employee experience management and people analytics solutions aimed at enhancing employee engagement and business performance, has appointed Sunil Joshi as Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder.

Joshi, a Certified Gallup Strengthsfinder Coach, brings over 27 years of extensive experience in human resources, business transformation and coaching across several prestigious organisations. Prior to joining Umwelt.AI, Joshi was the Head of Business Transformation at Bestseller India, where he significantly optimised business processes and improved operational efficiency. His seven-year tenure as Head of HR Operations at Bestseller India and over a decade of HR leadership experience in leading eCommerce, IT/ITEs companies like Indiamart, InterGlobe Technologies and more, further solidified his leadership in human resources
