Sukhleen Aneja, currently serving as the chief executive officer of The Good Glamm Group's Good Brand Co, will be stepping down from her role in July.

The Good Glamm Group has decided not to appoint a new CEO and has instead promoted Ketan Bhatia to group brand director and Ankita Bhardwaj to director of brand and marketing. They will collaborate with Darpan Sanghvi, group founder and chief executive, to oversee the brand's business operations, as reported by the media.

Expressing her gratitude, Aneja stated in an official release, "I'm thankful to Darpan and our Board for entrusting me with the role of the first professional CEO to lead the Brands business at Good Glamm Group." She further added, "It was my first experience in entrepreneurship, focusing on D2C and marketplace-first businesses. I'm proud of our accomplishments during my tenure, including establishing a strong foundation, completing fundraising, and progressing towards profitability and an IPO."

Darpan Sanghvi, acknowledging Aneja's leadership, commented, "I want to commend Sukhleen for her exceptional leadership as CEO of our Brands division. She played a vital role in developing a robust product lineup for our future growth. I wish her success in her future endeavors, and I am eager to witness her continued growth in brand building."

Aneja, who joined the company in 2021, brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser (RB), and L'Oréal. During her time as the chief marketing officer of RB hygiene for South Asia, she spearheaded strategic and operational marketing management, overseeing renowned brands like Lysol, Harpic, and Vanish in the region.
