The Den Bengaluru Appoints Priyanka Rao As Head HR

The Den Bengaluru, a state-of-the-art luxury hotel, has appointed Priyanka Rao as the new Head of Human Resources. She hails from a prolific career with over thirteen years of diverse experience in flagship hotels across the country.

Bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership and innovation in human resource management, Rao will spearhead all aspects of HR operations, viz organisational culture, employee relations, talent acquisition, and training and development.

Before joining The Den Bengaluru, she worked with the Orchid Group of Hotels. She has also been associated with Hyatt Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels, Marriott Hotels, and various other notable hotel ventures. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional problem-solving abilities and has been instrumental in implementing effective HR strategies that align with organisational goals.
