Tata Motors' Veteran Onboarded As New CHRO At Jindal Steel & Power

With effect from July, Rajesh Nair has been named Head of HR at Jindal Steel & Power. After working for more than thirty years in numerous industries, such as mining, electrical and electronics manufacturing, appliances, and motor vehicle manufacturing, Nair comes to Jindal Steel & Power from Polycab.

Nair announced his new position on LinkedIn, expressing his excitement about joining Jindal Steel & Power, a well-known company in the mining, infrastructure, steel, and power sectors. Before then, he worked in a variety of business and HR capacities for 28 years with Tata Motors. He then served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Polycab. Nair started his career with Pertech Computers as a sales executive and is an XLRI alumnus.
