Seema Nair Appointed As New CHRO At Walmart Owned Flipkart
She has succeeded Krishna Raghavan who had resigned as a CHRO in 2023
Ex- Reliance executive Seema Nair has been named Chief Human Resource Officer by Flipkart, in the most recent in a string of executive changes at the e-commerce giant.

Nair was formerly employed by Reliance Industries for the preceding six years; before leaving, she held the position of Senior EVP Head in the Group HR department.
In an internal email, Goup Cief Executive Kalyan Krishnamurthy has announced Seema’s appointment.
“In this role, she will oversee human resources for Flipkart, partnering closely with respective leaders and HR teams,” he said.
Nair is a member of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.
