RateGain has announced an initiative to actively hire individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community to celebrate Pride Month. This effort is in collaboration with Pride Circle and MyAvtar, organisations dedicated to enhancing the representation and participation of LGBTQIA+ employees in corporate India.
Throughout June 2024, RateGain is hosting a variety of events designed to celebrate and educate. The office library has been updated with thought-provoking books, such as Diversity & Inclusion: Getting it Right, equALLY: Stories by Friends of the Queer World etc. Highlights of the month include a heartfelt workshop by Aarti Malhotra, who shared her experiences as the mother of a queer son, and an insightful podcast featuring Zainab Patel, a prominent voice in the community. Additionally, employees can look forward to internal contests, a vibrant pride walk, a series of videos and some great office decor to infuse the workplace with the spirit of Pride.
At RateGain, the DE&I philosophy, driven by #RGFORAll, a framework which comprises of three Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) viz. SHE@RateGain that focuses on advancing women in the workforce, PRISM@RateGain which supports LGBTQIA+ initiatives and ME@RateGain which promotes individual representation by encouraging employees to bring their authentic selves to work without fear of judgment. These initiatives honor and celebrate the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of our team spread across APMEA, US, Europe and LATAM, ensuring everyone feels valued and included.

Additionally, our Spotlight Series, workshops, and partnerships with Naz Foundation and Arvey Aesthetic Foundation underscore our commitment to fostering an inclusive culture.”
