Rajeshwar Tripathi Joins RJ Corp As Group CHRO
He is the former EVP and CHRO of Mahindra & Mahindra's Auto & Farm Sectors
Rajeshwar Tripathi, formerly the EVP and CHRO of Mahindra & Mahindra's Auto & Farm Sectors, has taken on the role of Group CHRO at RJ Corp, effective June.
Tripathi shared the news on LinkedIn, saying, “Starting a new inning... Happy to share, I have joined RJ Corp as the Group CHRO. Looking forward to exciting times ahead.”
Tripathi concluded his tenure at Mahindra in April, after 17 years with the company, including 14 years as CHRO. During his time at Mahindra, he led significant projects, such as acquisitions and mergers, both domestically and internationally. He also managed complex change management initiatives, organisational restructuring, and culture-building programs.
Prior to his role at Mahindra, Tripathi served as GM of Human Resources for VE Commercial Vehicles, a joint venture between Volvo and Eicher Motors.
