Radhika Arora Takes Over As CHRO Of Isgec

Radhika Arora has recently taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Isgec Heavy Engineering. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in strategic HR practices that drive business success. 

As CHRO, Arora will lead the company’s HR strategies, focusing on strengthening organisational culture, advancing HR technology, and developing strong, capable teams to support Isgec’s growth.

Before joining Isgec, Arora held the position of Group Chief People Officer at Jakson Group. She also had significant stints at Sony and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), where she contributed to various HR initiatives over her 17 years with both companies.
