Ness Digital Engineering Names Elizabeth Rafferty As CHRO

Ness Digital Engineering has named Elizabeth Rafferty as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective October 2024. Rafferty, an accomplished HR leader with experience in technology, professional services and marketing, transitions to Ness after a successful five-year tenure at Dentsu.

In her new role, Rafferty will spearhead the company's growth strategy by enhancing people and cultural practices, setting a forward-looking HR vision. Known for her expertise in fostering strong company culture, elevating employee experience and leading organizational transformations, Rafferty’s impact is expected to be significant.

She has successfully implemented talent strategies across North America, EMEA, and APAC, making her a seasoned HR executive with global reach.
