Manjith Mohan has been appointed as the Head- Culture & Transformation at IndiaFirst Life, effective June 2024.
He confirmed his appointment on LinkedIn stating, “I'm happy to share that I'm starting a new position as Head- Culture & Transformation at IndiaFirst Life.”
With over two decades of experience in the BFSI sector, he is an expert in organisational behavior and change management, leadership development, talent management and productivity improvement.
Prior to this, he served as the head of learning and organisational development at Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company. He has also held leadership positions at IIFL, Kotak Mahindra Bank and ICICI Bank.
