ManipalCigna Health Insurance Appoints Richa Chatterjee As New CHRO

With over two decades of experience in Human Resources, Richa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role, aiming to drive impactful HR strategies and initiatives.

ManipalCigna Health Insurance has appointed Richa Chatterjee as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective 2nd September 2024. With over two decades of experience in Human Resources, Richa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role, aiming to drive impactful HR strategies and initiatives.

In her new role at ManipalCigna, Richa will be responsible for overseeing the company's HR strategies, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Her responsibilities will include driving ManipalCigna’ people agenda, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusivity, and aligning HR practices to drive organizational growth.

Speaking on the appointment, Prasun Sikdar, Managing Director and CEO, ManipalCigna Health Insurance, said, “We are delighted to have Richa join us at ManipalCigna Health Insurance. Prior to joining, ManipalCigna, Richa held the role of CHRO and President at Indian Infoline Group, where she steered the organization through effective Talent Management, Business Partnering, Organization Effectiveness initiatives and HR transformation projects. Earlier in her career, Richa has worked in various capacities within the HR domain with organizations like Network18, The Boston Consulting Group (India) and Tata Motors.
