Mainak Dhar Takes Over As MD Of McCain India

Mainak Dhar has stepped into the role of managing director (MD) at McCain India, effective August 2024. Dhar shared the news on his LinkedIn profile, signaling the beginning of a new chapter in his distinguished career.

Prior to this, Dhar founded ‘Mentoring by Mainak,’ a platform that combined AI technology with his personal insights. Launched in January 2024, this platform has already reached over 1,000 individuals across 30 countries, offering them personalised mentoring experiences derived from Dhar’s books, articles, interviews, and responses to frequently asked questions.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Dhar held prominent roles at Kimberly-Clark, Procter & Gamble, and General Mills. With over 26 years of experience, he has consistently pushed creative boundaries, built strong brands and made a meaningful impact on the people around him.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Dhar is a certified life coach with a deep passion for coaching and mentoring. He is also a bestselling author, with his works translated into multiple languages and selling nearly half a million copies worldwide.
