KPIT's HR Head Shashwat K Mitra Elevated To VP
The VP role will be in addition to his current role as the global head of human resources, KPIT
Shashwat K Mitra has been elevated to the position of vice president at KPIT. This role will be in addition to his current role of Global Head of Human Resources.
He confirmed his appointment on LinkedIn stating, “I am happy to share that with my elevation of the role last year, I am adding more responsibilities. While entrusting with the role of Global Head of Human Resources for KPIT I have been elevated as Vice President.”
“I will focus on driving strategic global talent priorities of transformational impact to business, drive sustainability, CSR and other organisation imperatives as I contribute to the vision of "Reimagining Mobility with you for creation of a cleaner, safer and smarter world,” he added.
With close to two decades of experience, he has built and led regional teams, coached leaders for transformative journey, partnered with stakeholders and implemented transformational and contemporary HR practices of strategic importance to businesses globally.
Previously, he has served at AppDirect, Cummins Inc., Eaton and Mahindra Rise.
