Kong Appoints Gunjan Aggarwal As Chief People Officer

Kong, a developer of cloud API technologies, has appointed Gunjan Aggarwal as its Chief People Officer. In her new role, she will spearhead Kong’s global people strategy, focusing on expanding the human resources organisation and attracting and retaining top talent to fuel the company’s ongoing growth.

Aggarwal joins Kong from Confluent, where she also served as Chief People Officer. She brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at RingCentral and RELX Group.

Aggarwal holds a BS in Electronics & Communications from Jamia Millia Islamia in New Delhi, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She earned an MBA in HR from XLRI in Jamshedpur. Additionally, she has completed several HR management courses at Harvard University.
