Jean-Charles Vollery has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of SYSTRA Group. Vollery, who has been a member of the Executive Board since 2019 and served as Chief Operating Officer, will now lead the company alongside Arnaud Jeudy, Chief Finance and Administration Officer. This leadership transition follows the acquisition of a 58% stake in SYSTRA by Latour Capital and Fimalac, in collaboration with long-standing shareholders SNCF Group and RATP Group. Vollery succeeds Pierre Verzat as CEO.
With a degree in Civil Engineering and a specialisation in bridges (HEI and CHEC), Vollery brings nearly three decades of experience in transport infrastructure. Over the years, he has overseen major international projects, including metros, conventional railways, high-speed railways, and motorways. His journey with SYSTRA began in 1996 in the Civil Engineering and Structural Works division, where he contributed to projects in South Korea and China. In 2007, he was appointed Managing Director of SYSTRA India, a tenure marked by his impactful contributions to India’s burgeoning infrastructure sector. His subsequent leadership roles included Senior Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region, Chief International & Development Officer, and Chief Operating Officer.
