Janani Prakaash Joins Genzeon India As Head- People & Culture

Janani Prakaash has been appointed as the head of people and culture at Genzeon India, effective October 2023.

Speaking exclusively with BW People, Prakaash said, “I feel great about this transition as I see that there is a huge opportunity to make a difference to Genzeon. After close to a decade’s experience with Deloitte as a Talent Business advisory leader and a fantastic start up stint of building the foundation of HR policies, practices and culture amid three M&As in Quantela, I feel this transition will give an opportunity to use both the experiences during the growth phase of Genzeon in India.”

Her last stint was at Quantela Inc. as the Global HR Head. She has also held key leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, Pega Systems and Applabs Technologies. 

“I will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive HR strategy that is aligned with the organisation’s goals and values while fostering a positive work culture where the best can thrive,” she added. 

With over 17 years of extensive experience across product, services, startups and consulting companies, she is an HR leader specialising in talent acquisition, engagement, retention, culture building, mergers and acquisition, succession planning and handling partnerships and change management.
