Ittisa Rejigs Leadership

In a recent development, Sneh Sharma, the managing director of Ittisa, took to LinkedIn to announce two new leadership appointments in the company. Ittisa has appointed Sneha Das as the new chief executive officer (CEO) and Kushmakar Sharma as the chief operating officer (COO). 

Sharma wrote, “One thing I've learned over the years is that true leaders aren’t just respected—they’re loved. And that’s exactly what Sneha Das and Kushmakar Sharma are. Today, I’m beyond proud to announce that Sneha Das will step up as our new CEO, and Kushmakar Sharma as our new COO.”

Sneha Das served as the COO, prior to taking on the role of CEO. She is also the co-founder of Ittisa. Additionally, she is also the co-founder of Himalayan Basket, a manufacturer of dairy products. 

Kushmakar Sharma, previously served as the vice president of growth and marketing at Ittisa. Prior to the seven long years at Ittisa, he held leadership roles at United Breweries, TVS Motor and Infosys. 

Welcoming the two new leaders, Sneh Sharma added, “Anyone who has worked with them, even for a single day, feels their impact. Sneh moved on from the role of CEO to managing director in October 2024. She is also the co-founder and chief marketing officer at Dogsee Chew.
