India Today's CHRO Purva Misra Steps Down

Misra joined the media group in August 2013 and has stepped down after an 11-year stint

Purva Misra, the chief human resources officer (CHRO) of India Today Group has decided to step down from her position after 11 long years. She also serves as the chief operating officer (COO) of India Today Media Institute. 

She joined the group in 2013 and spearheaded the workforce of TV, digital, print, radio, social media and education departments. 

She is an expert in leadership development, executive search, training and succession, restructuring and change, mergers and acquisitions, and international workforce relations and is also a certified executive coach. 

With over two decades of strategic HR, operational, and management consulting experience, Misra was previously associated with MakeMyTrip as Sr. Vice President, with Max Healthcare and Max Neeman as Director HR, and with Aon-Hewitt as Principal Consultant and Asia-Pacific HR Director.

Her next stint is yet to be disclosed.
