ICICI Direct Apppoints Srirang TK As Joint MD
Earlier, he was working with ICICI Bank as their Group CHRO
Srirang TK has been appointed Joint MD at ICICI Direct.
He took to LinkedIn to confirm of his new stint. The appointment will take effect on May 1 and last for five years, subject to shareholder and regulatory clearance.
Srirang has recently taken on dual roles within ICICI Bank, serving as the Head of the Infrastructure Management Services Group and assuming the responsibilities of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Having joined ICICI Bank in 2001, Srirang has become a cornerstone of the bank's growth strategy.
During his tenure spanning over 23 years, Srirang has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to the Executive Board across all entities within the ICICI Group. Beyond his roles within the bank, Srirang actively contributes to broader initiatives, serving as a member of the Governing Council for the ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth. He also holds a position on the Governing Body of the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIT).
Prior to his tenure at ICICI Bank, Srirang gained valuable experience at esteemed organizations such as Coca-Cola India and ICI India.
