Rajiv KP, the HR head of Lulu Group India, has announced his resignation to pursue a new professional opportunity.
In a LinkedIn post, KP reflected on his departure, saying, “All good things eventually come to an end, but to grow!!! I've had an incredible ride, a decade at Lulu Group India, the curtain has fallen on this chapter of my career.”
With over 16 years of experience in the retail and insurance sectors, he joined Lulu Group in 2014 as a senior executive in Learning & Development. He began his journey at Lulu Mall, Kochi, and over his ten-year tenure, he held various positions such as senior executive in L&D, assistant manager in HR, manager in HR, and ultimately, head of HR India. Rajiv expressed that he couldn't have asked for a more fulfilling decade.
Prior to his time at Lulu Group, he worked with Max New York Life Insurance.
