Great Place To Work® India, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Balbir Singh as its new Chief Executive Officer. A B.Tech and IIM Calcutta graduate, Balbir has a rich experience of over two decades.

Passionate about the organization’s vision of making India a Great Place To Work For All, he aims to leverage the brand advantage to strengthen the value proposition both for the employee and the customer. As CEO, he will steer strategic direction, build a strong leadership team, and lead the organization on a steady path of growth.

As Great Place To Work India embarks on its 22nd year (and 17th as an independent affiliate), this leadership change marks a new chapter while building a strong foundation. Balbir Singh, previously the company’s COO, has been in the organization for over 8 years. He has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the organization’s core values throughout his tenure. His leadership has driven growth, achieved key milestones, and ensured the company’s continued success.
