As a distinguished industry veteran, Mr. Sevva possesses significant expertise in talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. His exceptional approach to Human Resource development, talent acquisition, and creating high-performing teams has carved a distinctive niche for him.

He has played a crucial role in mentoring start-ups, and also managed HR operations for Device Solutions at Samsung Electronics, where he earned multiple accolades. In addition, he introduced innovative HR initiatives to bolster employee satisfaction and organisational productivity during his stint with Apollo Tyres.

His unprecedented experience in working closely with the top management has empowered him with the unique skills to attract, retain and nurture talent from across the globe.
