Global employer of record G-P has introduced a new AI-driven solution designed to enhance country-specific compliance throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

This solution encompasses various functions, including offer generation, employment agreement signing, onboarding task management, and benefits setup. It emphasises smart compliance with real-time insights and support, as well as customisation of the onboarding experience.

According to the official announcement, the new AI solution utilises G-P's Global Intelligence Assistant (GIA), a generative AI tool introduced last October. GIA serves as an advisory support addition to G-P's Meridian suite of global employment tools. It assists with employment contract creation and customisation, offers self-service capabilities for updating employee profiles, provides country-specific benefits recommendations, and supports compliance with job titles, descriptions, probationary periods, and other regional requirements.

Nat Natarajan, G-P's chief product and strategy officer, stated, "We've integrated G-P's 13+ years of global expertise and technological proficiency with the power of GIA, our global intelligence assistant, to enhance efficiency and compliance. This allows companies to scale and build teams in over 180 countries worldwide."

The announcement of the new AI solution took place on 24 June 2024, during G-P's presentation at the SHRM Annual Conference in Chicago.
