    By implementing these products internally, we have created a motivated and productive workforce, which also allows us to showcase the value of our solutions to clients. Here are the key components of our strategy that have contributed to its success:


    On-the-Spot Recognition and Rewarding: Through Vantage Rewards, we recognise and reward employees' efforts and achievements in real time. This immediate acknowledgment boosts morale and motivates employees to maintain high performance.

To ensure a smooth process, we have an AI backed automaic notification process that prompts the managers to reward and recognise their peers without missing out. This creates a work culture where recognising and rewarding with gratitude becomes a daily norm.


    Additionally, we also conduct regular in-house initiatives such as zumba, yoga, sports events, and regular health checkups that have significantly boosted employee wellness. The AI enabled Vantage Fit app allows us to engage employees in healthy competition amongst peers to encourage participation in weekly challenges. The inclusion of leaderboards creates a sense of achievement and recognition within the workforce. In the last couple of years, Vantage Fit app alone has achieved an impressive engagement level of 95%.

    As a leader at Vantage Circle, I make it a point to be more than just a figurehead—I see myself as a mentor, a listener, and a guide who walks with my team through every triumph and trial. One of the key ways I foster employee engagement is through an open-door policy, where everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts, concerns, and ideas. I believe that empathy goes a long way, so I make it a priority to connect with each team member individually, sharing their challenges and celebrating their victories.


    Creating a vision that resonates deeply with every team member is also crucial to me. I strive to inspire them not just to follow but to truly believe in the journey we are on together. It’s about crafting a shared purpose that everyone can rally around, knowing that their contributions are meaningful and impactful.
