Ensono Appoints Preeti Mathur As Associate Relations Director

Ensono, expert technology advisor, innovation partner and managed service provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Preeti Mathur as the new Culture, People, and Experience (CPE) Associate Relations Director in India.

With nearly two decades of experience in Human Resources Management within the IT sector, Preeti brings extensive expertise from global capability centers (GCCs), having held key roles in organizations namely, eProductivity Software, [24]7.ai, Infosys, LG CNS, and HCL Perot Systems. Her proven track record in HR strategy and associate relations makes her a valuable addition to Ensono’s operations.

In her new role, Preeti will guide and support the CPE Business Partner team in India while serving as a local strategic advisor to the Leadership Team. She will collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President and Managing Director Veena Khandke, to enhance associate engagement, satisfaction, and retention across Ensono.
