Deepti Mehta has joined Interface Microsystems as the chief human resource officer (CHRO), effective immediately.
In her new role, Mehta will be responsible for leading the overall human resource and administrative function. She will work towards building talent capabilities and culture to power the company’s business. She will report to Amit Gupta, Director, Interface Microsystems.

Mehta comes in with a rich experience of almost two decades in the industry. She has previously worked across multiple roles such as HR business partnering, talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, among other areas of human resources (HR).
During her extensive career journey, she has been associated with HCL Technologies, Bharti Airtel, S Tel and Luminous Power Technologies. Prior to joining Interface Microsystems, she was with RR Kabel, where she led the HR for the consumer product division.
Mehta completed her MBA in human resources from Shivaji University and General Management Program (GMP) from IIM Lucknow.
