Deepak Deshpande has been appointed as the chief human resources officer (CHRO) and chief growth officer at Soft Polynomials, effective June 2024.
He confirmed his appointment on LinkedIn stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as CHRO and Chief Growth Officer at Soft Polynomials! I will be based in Mumbai.”
“This opportunity is special as it aligns with my passion for leading the 'People and Culture' function while also driving growth as the 'Chief Growth Officer', nurturing existing business, engaging with customers, introducing new revenue streams and start up businesses,” he added.
Deshpande brings over two decades of experience in HR leadership across Indian and global ICT, IT & ITES MNCs, and a strategic view of HR imperatives for enterprises across geographies and time zones. He is an expert in organisational design & transformation, HR systems, leadership development and mergers & acquisitions.
Previously, he served as the managing partner at Edge HR Advisory and Business Consulting. He has also held leadership positions at NTT Data, Netmagic Solutions, Lionbridge Technologies, Trigyn Technologies and SYSTIME.
