Ashish C Joins Tally Solutions As Chief People Officer

Bengaluru-based IT services and consulting firm Tally Solutions has appointed Ashish C as its Chief People Officer, marking a new phase for the company’s HR leadership. Ashish, who previously served as the head of people functions at PayU India, joins Tally Solutions with over 20 years of experience across diverse sectors, including high-tech, IT services, and manufacturing.

In a recent LinkedIn post, he expressed his enthusiasm for the new role, stating, "I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief People Officer at Tally Solutions." An alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Social Service, he has built a strong career with notable roles at top-tier companies like Wipro Technologies and Infosys Technologies, as well as NXP and Shaw Wallace.

Tally Solutions previously appointed Naganagouda S J as Chief People Officer last year, who has since transitioned to Pravaara Solutions as Chief Growth Officer (part-time). Naganagouda was an essential member of Tally’s executive team, where he led HR functions globally and strengthened the company's talent initiatives.
