Prachi Kamble has been promoted to Director of Human Resources at the student accommodation app, Amber.
She confirmed her new role on LinkedIn, stating, "I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director – Human Resources at Amber." She expressed her gratitude to Madhur Gujar and Saurabh Goel for their support, saying, "I truly appreciate the opportunities Madhur Gujar and Saurabh Goel have provided for me to thrive."
In her post, she also mentioned, "Thank you for believing in my abilities and being fantastic mentors and leaders. I am fortunate to be a part of your team. Upwards and onwards!"
Prior to this role, Kamble served as the Lead of People & Culture at Amber, a position she held for nearly 1.5 years. With extensive experience in human resources across various industries, she previously worked with United Breweries as the Lead for HR Projects. Her career also includes roles at prominent organisations such as Mahindra Group, Aditya Birla Group and Sears Holdings India.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
