Alkem Laboratories has announced the appointment of Rahul Vijayvargiya as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. With over 20 years of HR experience in both Indian and international markets, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his new role.
He transitions to Alkem from Reliance Retail, where he was the Head of Human Resources for the Pharma Retail division. "His vast experience and leadership skills are an excellent fit for Alkem, and we look forward to the innovative contributions he will bring," stated a company post on LinkedIn.
A seasoned HR professional, Rahul has a rich background in managing a comprehensive range of HR activities across multiple regions, including India, the Middle East, and Africa. His experience covers various industry sectors, such as the automobile industry, HR consultancy, retail, and pharmaceuticals.
