Alex Mathew Joins KPN Farm Fresh As CHRO
An alumnus of Osmania University with a commerce degree and an MBA, Mathew is known for his approachability and keen attention to detail
After a successful 12-year tenure with the Landmark Group, Alex Mathew has transitioned to KPN Farm Fresh as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
With over two decades of experience, Mathew started his professional journey in 2000 as Centre Head at CMC in Secunderabad, managing operations for five years. He then co-founded Azsure IT Services, a company offering human resources services, where he served as Managing Partner for four years. Mathew also worked as a Senior Consultant for DOOR Training and Consulting India for approximately three and a half years.
From 2009 to 2011, Mathew was the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Telenor. He then moved to Reliance Communications as AGM-Human Resources in Bangalore. In 2014, he joined Max Fashion India as Head of Corporate HR (Max) and Head of HR (Easybuy). After five years, he was promoted to Head of Human Resources.
