In the University there are a lot of areas where the leaders can make more output given the efforts and investment going in. Vinayak Gupta shared his experience about him leading strategic workforce planning and also Gupta discovered the gaps and filled where competency gaps exist.

As he is more inclined to get the right employment for the right person; he initiated a drive and kept his focus on more placements. As a result placement officers achieved the highest placement offers and grabbed more than 1935 offers for our College and University students. Gupta has intensively worked on ‘Employability Skills’ and that helped many students to become industry-ready.

With over 10 years of experience and investing a long span of time with JECRC University that has added value to his actions and thought orientation. Vinayak Gupta, Training Placement Officer and Asst.Professor, JECRC University is a strong advocate for putting in hard work to achieve higher goals seems to contribute through a substantial bond between academia and Industry.

Leading the placements and being deeply involved in the process he has experience of nurturing and skilling students of JECRC for the past many years. Gupta looks forward to structuring his thoughts and maintaining a positive approach amidst new initiatives.

Looking towards the recent disruption he ponders and shared that it was a difficult yet learning experience for students and for everyone. Moving forward in the new normal; being agile and resilient will be the key. The parameters of employability will change in the manner and will include the higher focus on humane values to survive in challenges.

Speaking on the same lines Gupta Asserts, “HR functions are important to the organization because they have the skills and expertise necessary to negotiate group benefits packages for employees, within the organization's budget and consistent with economic conditions.”
