Aditya Birla Group (Century Textiles and Industries) has named Anand Tripathi as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this capacity, Tripathi will lead the company’s HR strategies.
Tripathi confirmed his appointment on LinkedIn, stating, "I’m happy to share that I have started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Aditya Birla Group (Century Textiles and Industries Limited)!"
With nearly 20 years of experience in HR, Tripathi's career includes his previous role as President of HR at Aditya Birla Group (Ultratech Cement). Before joining Aditya Birla, he served as General Manager HR – ER for South Asia at Hindustan Unilever, where he was a member of both the South Asia HR Leadership Team and the South Asia Supply Chain Leadership Team.
Tripathi's professional journey also includes positions at UPL, Hindustan Unilever, and Goodlass Nerolac Paints. He holds a master's degree in human resources management/Personnel Administration from IPM Lucknow.
