TeamBridge Raises $28M To Advance HR Tech For Hourly Workers

Founded by former Uber executives Arjun Vora and Tito Goldstein, the company focuses on eliminating inefficiencies in managing hourly employees by offering a workforce operating system

TeamBridge has secured $28 million in a Series B funding round. The investment was led by Mayfield, with continued support from existing backers General Catalyst and Abstract Ventures.

Founded by former Uber executives Arjun Vora and Tito Goldstein, TeamBridge focuses on eliminating inefficiencies in managing hourly employees by offering a workforce operating system (OS). The newly raised capital will be used to advance product development, artificial intelligence capabilities and enterprise infrastructure.

Co-founder and Co-CEO Arjun Vora emphasised the company’s mission: “While many tech companies focus on building for each other, we are committed to the hourly workforce, which constitutes 60-70% of the global workforce. Our goal is to drive a technology revolution in this space.”

In 2023, the company reported a fourfold increase in growth and doubled its user base in the first quarter of 2024, now supporting over 3,00,000 employees.
