Tata Elxsi Plans To Recruit Around 2,000 Engineering Freshers In FY25

Tata Elxsi announced its intention to onboard 1,500-2,000 engineering freshers during the fiscal year 2025, as revealed during its Q4FY24 earnings conference call. Lateral hiring will be determined based on organisational requirements.
However, the company expressed caution regarding the number of freshers it intends to hire, citing a need to align recruitment with business growth and revenue trends throughout the year.
In the previous fiscal year, Tata Elxsi recruited 2,135 freshers. While no specific guidance was provided for the current fiscal year, the company aims to surpass its performance from FY24.
Emphasising a commitment to sustained growth without compromising margins, CEO and Managing Director Manoj Raghavan highlighted the company's achievement of maintaining an industry-leading EBITDA margin of 29.5 per cent.
