Sahana Shankar Appointed Director HR At Duck Creek Technologies

Duck Creek Technologies has named Sahana Shankar as its new Director of Human Resources, effective April.

With 15 years of extensive experience spanning the USA, Canada, the Middle East, APAC, Germany, and México, Sahana brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role. Her previous position was with SGI in Canada, and she has also held roles at Y Media Labs, MiQ, Paladion, Mindtree, and Cognizant Technology Solutions.

In her new capacity, Shankar will spearhead HR initiatives in India to drive growth for Duck Creek.

Expressing her excitement about the appointment on LinkedIn, Shankar said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of India HR at Duck Creek Technologies!”

Known for her futuristic, results-oriented approach, she is a strategic HR leader who focuses on aligning organisational needs with human capital to achieve business objectives. She specialises in building high-speed technology/product companies with globally successful teams.
