Pinch, a home concierge and lifestyle management company, announced its plan to hire Lifestyle Managers across major Indian cities. Lifestyle Managers at Pinch are qualified & reliable professionals who become the single point of contact for all the home-related tasks of their customers, typically HNI & UHNI families. The company plans to hire 50 Lifestyle Managers in the current fiscal year across its currently operational cities of Delhi NCR & Mumbai and its upcoming cities such as Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune & Ahmedabad where it plans to launch in the coming 18 months.
"Our Lifestyle Managers play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience at Pinch," said Nitin Mohan Srivastava, Co-Founder & CEO of Pinch. "They are not only trained problem-solvers but also people with empathy working towards removing the everyday micro-stresses that our customers are often burdened with.”
Pinch is looking to recruit Lifestyle Managers from diverse backgrounds and with diverse experiences. Apart from hospitality and management, which generally produce skilled customer service professionals, the company also wants to have candidates from fields such as psychology, design, fashion, and communication in its mix. Once hired, the Lifestyle Managers undergo exhaustive training in customer handling and lifestyle management principles, enabling them to deliver delightful service designed to the unique needs of the company’s customers.
"We seek dynamic individuals who embody our values of service and are adept at listening carefully to the needs of our customers, ensuring every interaction is meaningful, and every solution is bespoke." continued Nitin. "In addition to a spirit and understanding of service, our Lifestyle Managers should have a natural curiosity about the context of the people they serve and their homes.”
At Pinch, the role of a Lifestyle Manager is both challenging and rewarding, offering opportunities for growth and personal development. The role enables individuals to expand their skills through hands-on experience and knowledge across a wide array of lifestyle domains, be it home organisation, meal and grocery management, holiday planning, managing reservations & appointments, repairs & maintenance, or product recommendations & purchases for categories such as apparel, electronics, home furniture & decor, childcare products, wellness etc.
Abhishek Bhukker, Chief of Staff at Pinch, added, “We have participated in campus placements at some of the well-known IHMs (Institutes of Hotel Management) in recent times. We will be keen to open our doors to more colleges this year across different cities. Driving inclusive, holistic growth is a core value at Pinch, and we invest deeply in making our Lifestyle Managers not just great professionals but also well-rounded individuals.”
