The company aims to onboard 100-120 new talents by 2025, fortifying its Bangalore-based workforce with a diverse pool of eco-conscious professionals.

 

This strategic recruitment drive will cast a wide net, encompassing a spectrum of critical roles, from Production & Plant Head and Research & Development Assistant to Production Engineer, Business and Operations Manager, Shift Incharge, Quality Officer, and Battery Pack Engineer. MiniMines is seeking both fresh graduates and seasoned professionals with backgrounds in industrial engineering, environmental science, material science, and chemistry – individuals who share the company's passion for sustainability and a fervent desire to contribute to a greener future.
