Magicpin is all set to onboard more than 250 professionals in its workforce as a strategic expansion for its sales and acquisition team, reaffirming its commitment to driving growth and expanding its merchant base.
These new hires will be instrumental in driving growth and revenue in key categories such as fashion, fine dining, beauty, QSR and budget eateries. This hiring initiative will see magicpin establishing a stronger presence in different localties strengthening its partnerships with businesses and enhancing direct revenue streams in the offline business. For magicpin, locality is the key unit of economics and the entire business is an aggregation of 6500+ localities. A locality is defined as 2km radius with merchants across categories.

Magicpin will also be spearheading the ‘ONDC-magicpin Street Bites’ project in partnership with ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) which entails hiring 100+ dedicated workforce across five cities. This initiative, co-funded by ONDC, aims to deploy ‘ONDC-magicpin Street Bites’ teams to empower street food vendors, facilitated through a third-party payroll model. This dedicated team will continuously explore and identify iconic, popular, and known-to-be safe street vendors to be onboarded on ONDC network. This project aims to onboard 500 FSSAI-accredited street vendors in Delhi and Lucknow within the next 3-6 months.
