Fship Plans Hiring 100+ Professionals To Fuel 30% Month On Month Shipment Growth

As part of its growth strategy, Fship has recently recruited 15 talented graduates from G.L. Bajaj Institute to enhance its Sales team

Fship is gearing up for a major expansion. The company has announced plans to recruit over 100 new employees by the end of this financial year. This strategic expansion aims to support Fship's goal of achieving a minimum 30% month-on-month increase in shipment count. Additionally, Fship Logistics is focused on its long-term objective of expanding its active account base to over 5,000 users, including more than 500 direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.


The company's current workforce is around 90, which it plans to grow to 200 by the end of 2024. Fship Logistics is actively contributing to the Skill India initiative by offering employment opportunities within the e-commerce and logistics industry. The company is poised to accelerate its growth trajectory in the Indian market. The planned recruitment drive will encompass a diverse range of positions, including senior roles in marketing, sales, tech & product, and finance, to support its strategic growth initiatives.
