In the last few quarters, Cairn welcomed Andrew McIntosh as chief commercial officer, Rodney Smith as general counsel, Sam Algar as chief - exploration, Martijn Wisselink as head - deepwater development and Penny Taylor as senior geophysicist among others. The company plans to onboard at least a dozen more technical experts over the next two months.
